TRADER INFORMATION

Traders, Crafters and Makers, you are the heartbeat of our events. We welcome applications from the full time traders, part time crafters and hobby crafters.

How the application process works:

Once you submit your application we will review your information and the particular date you have applied for.  If we can offer you a “pitch” we will get back to you via email. Once you have traded at at any of our events, you can simply email us when we announce future events, so no need to apply via our application form.

Key information for Traders:

Designated Unloading and Loading Areas
All our events are hosted indoors
Free parking on site (for destination events)
Free trader parking
Fully accessible venues
All tables must be covered to the floor by a table cloth

Stallholders must take out and maintain adequate product insurance at all times and a minimum £5 million Public Liability policy. This policy must be available to be viewed by organisers on the day.

STALL PRICES

We have a number of different stall sizes available for each venue, with trader costs outlined below.  All locations are based on bringing your own table/setup except for Newport with the option of us supplying a 5ft table.
